Our chickens do not receive antibiotics. According to the USDA definition, "No antibiotic-ever" means a chicken has never been administered antibiotics during its life cycle.

Our chickens are humanely raised. All of our birds are grown in temperature-controlled houses, protected from the elements, predators and disease. Our poultry are free to move about with access to food and water. Our lighting and ventilation programs maximize bird comfort and minimize stress, creating an ideal environment for growing healthy birds.

We share a belief that it is our responsibility to treat the animals in our care with respect. Our poultry welfare program combines principles from the National Chicken Council and our own "Best Practices" to create scientifically sound standards for the humane treatment of poultry. All of our Family Farmers, and all associates who handle live poultry, receive poultry welfare training.
